After signing up for an 11Sight account, you will receive a welcome email with your account information and an email confirmation button. Click on the confirmation button to confirm your email.

If you are having trouble confirming your email, please email with the same email address you signed up with. Failure to confirm email address may result in problems logging in.

Changing a vMeet room name

If you wish to change the name and the URL of a meeting room, you can do so from the vMeet Dashboard.

Change the URL

In the vMeet Dashboard, you will see the URL of each Virtual Office and Conference Room, such as

Here 11sight is the Organization name and example is the meeting room name. By changing the name of the meeting room from edit, you can change the “example” part of the URL.

If you want to change the Organization name section of the URL please email with the requested change.

Adding Meeting Links to Your Scheduling Tool

You can add vMeet links to your favorite scheduling tools, so that all new events have your Virtual Office or Conference Room as its address.

First, copy the meeting link from the vMeet Dashboard in 11Sight.

Then navigate to your scheduling tool and follow the steps below.




  1. From your Home page, select the event.
  2. Expand the Confirmation Page section.
  3. Click Add Custom Link, enter a name for the link, the URL (web address, e.g. ””), then click Add.
  4. To add additional links, repeat Step 3.
  5. Click Save & Close.

  1. Navigate in your booking page settings to Notification > Calendar Events.
  2. In the section Event Location, select Set Location to add the meeting link you copied from the vMeet Dashboard.



  1. Click on the settings button from the compose bar or click the settings tab in the Groove app and scroll down to the Scheduler portion.
  2. From the Meeting Types click on edit for the meeting you would like to add your meeting link to.
  3. Add the URL you copied from the vMeet Dashboard to the Location section.
  4. Click SAVE.


HubSpot Sales Hub

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Meetings.
  2. Hover on the meeting you would like to add the meeting link to and click on Edit.
  3. In the Location section paste the meeting link you copied from the vMeet Dashboard.
  4. Click on Save on the bottom.



  1. Log in to your Tucalendi account.
  2. In Calendars locate the Event you would like to edit and click on the three dots to navigate to the Settings for that event
  3. In the Location section paste the meeting link you copied from the vMeet Dashboard.
  4. Click on Save on the bottom.



  1. Log in to your TidyCal account.
  2. Click Integrations at the top.
  3. Check the box for “Add a conference link to all my bookings”
  4. Select Static link for link source
  5. In the Static link URL section paste the meeting link you copied from the vMeet Dashboard.
  6. Click on Save Changes on the bottom.


Adding Call Links to Your Email Signature

Ways to Add your Call Link

Simple URL: You can add a simple clickable URL of your call link in your signature “
Call to Action Text: You can add your call link within a text such as “Click here to video call me now
Image: You can add your your call link to an image such as a logo or icon representing video call. Please see the image on the left as an example.
Button: You can add a 11Sight button by downloading this image.



  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the top right, click Settings. See all settings.
  3. In the “Signature” section, add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.
  4. Add your call link and any other desired link to the signature with the link button.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.


  1. Select New Email.
  2. Select Signature > Signatures.
  3. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK.
  4. If you are using the browser view, then go to settings > View all Outlook settings > Compose and reply
  5. Under Edit signature, type your signature and add your call link.
  6. Select OK and close the email.
  7. Select New Email to see the signature you created.

Apple Mail

  1. In the Mail app  on your Mac, choose Mail > Preferences, then click Signatures.
  2. In the left column, select the email account where you want to use the signature.
  3. If All Signatures is selected when you create a signature, you’ll need to drag the new signature to an email account before you can use it.
  4. Click the Add button below the middle column.
  5. In the middle column, type a name for the signature.
  6. The name appears in the Signature pop-up menu when you write a message.
  7. In the right column (the preview), create your signature.
  8. You can use the Edit or Format menus in Mail to change the font or layout, turn text into links, or check spelling. To add an image, drag it into the preview area.


  1. Open Protonmail on your browser
  2. Navigate to Settings > Go to settings > Identity & adresses
  3. On the mobile app click on the Hamburger menu and go to Settings > Display name & signature
  4. Add your call link and any other desired link to the signature with the link button.
  5. Click Update



Yahoo! Mail

  1. Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes
  2. On  the mobile app tap on your profile icon > Settings > Signature
  3. Click on the account you’d like to add a signature for.
  4. Toggle the slider next to “Signature” so that it turns blue.
  5. Add your call link and any other desired link to the signature with the link button.

Users can block ip addresses of callers that they don’t wish to receive calls from. This can be done through call history by clicking on “Block this caller”.

Adım 1:

Make or answer a call from your 11Sight app or browser.

Adım 2:

If you are using a phone, it will initially show the rear-facing camera of both phones in the video feed.
If you want to switch the video, so that it shows your face to the other party, click or touch the swap icon on the lower left area of your screen. If you are on a computer, you can do this by clicking your mouse. If you have a touch screen tablet or phone, you can do this by tapping the icon with your finger. Note: If both parties have enabled video for the call, you will see the video feed from both devices. There’s always a main screen and a small screen. If you want to change the small screen to the main screen, touch or click on it and the screens will trade places. If you are showing something specific to the other person, you’ll want the camera that is showing the focus of the call to be the main screen.

Adım 3:

Both people have the ability to take pictures of their main screen at any time during an 11 call. If you have a phone or a touch screen tablet, simply position the camera on the image you want to capture. Then tap the camera icon at the bottom center of the screen. If you are on a computer, you do this by clicking your mouse. The picture will be saved in your image gallery where both parties can access it at any point during or after the call. These pictures are also saved in your phone’s photos folder.
