Go to the Google play store and find our app.
Install and open it.
Before installing 11Sight app you will see a pop up asking for 11Sight to access your phone, photos/media/files, camera, microphone and Device ID&call information. Please accept these permissions. 11Sight needs these permissions to make sure the 11call has audio, video connection and can take and store pictures.
After the installation is complete click open.
If you have not created your account yet, please do so now. Detailed sign up instructions can be found at Sign-up from browser. After you have finished signing up on your browser you can open up 11Sight app in your Android Phone. On the sign in screen, enter your email and password, then click log in.
This will take you to 11Sight app homepage.
Depending on the model of your phone, you will be asked to give permissions, either before you install the 11Sight app, or when you get or make your first call. Please make you sure to allow 11Sight to record pictures, video, and audio and access (store) photos, media and files on your device.
Remember, if you have not confirmed your e-mail yet, do so now. Go to your email, you will have received an email asking you to confirm your email address in 2 hours. Click the “confirm my account” link in the email. This step ensures that you have entered a valid email address.
