Using the on-screen pointing feature

Step 1:

Make or answer a call from your 11Sight app or browser.

Step 2:

If you are using a phone, it will initially show the rear-facing camera of both phones in the video feed.

To switch the video, click or touch the swap icon on the lower left area of your screen. If you are on a computer, you can do this by clicking your mouse. If you have a touch screen tablet or phone, you can do this by tapping the icon with your finger.

Step 3: (if needed)

There’s always a main screen and a small screen. If you want to change the small screen to the main screen, touch or click on it and the screens will trade places. If you are showing something specific to the other person, you’ll want the camera that is showing the focus of the call to be the main screen.

Step 4:

To point out specific areas to the other party, simply touch the screen in the location where you want to create a dot if you are using a touch screen device. Or, if you are using a computer, click the spot you want to point out with your curser. Both people have the ability to point out specific locations to each other, creating dots on the screens. The dots will fade away after a few seconds.

Step 5:

The person pointing something out will see their dots in red, and they’ll see dots from the other person as green.

Step 1:

Open the app and go to My Profile screen. In the iOS app, it is the third tab on the tab bar. In the Android app, it is in the left menu.

Step 2:

Tap “Share Profile” button on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: 

Select the email icon. (You can also choose to share your profile in other platforms.)

Step 4:

Add the contact you want to send your link to.

Add a subject for the email and press send.

Once the recipient clicks your link in their email, they’ll start an 11Sight call with you.

Step 1:

To start enter your username and password to login into 11Sight at app.11sight.com from your desktop or laptop – make sure it has a camera and a microphone.

Step 2:

When you first login you will see the welcome page. Once you have made calls you will see your last 5 call history here. Make sure you are logged into the 11Sight App on whichever devices you want to receive the call from. If you are logged into more than one device, all will ring and you can answer on any device.

Step 3: (if needed)

To find your profile page, click on Profile on the upper menu. This is your profile that others will see. You can edit it and populate with additional information about you and your business.

Step 4:

Click the Video-call button on your welcome page, profile or copy and paste the call link in the Trackers tab under Settings page to make a test call to yourself.

Step 5:

Allow access to your camera and microphone to be able to establish a video call.

Step 6:

Here’s what it looks like when you receive a call in 11Sight applications. You have the choice to answer with video, audio only or start a texting session.

Click the button of your choice to answer the test call from yourself.

Step 7:

The call history page has a log of all the calls. If the calls in your call history are with other 11Sight members, you can initiate calls to them by just clicking on their 11 Call Button in your call history page.

Step 7:

You can edit your profile by clicking “Edit Profile” link at the bottom of your profile page. Or you can go to Settings and then select Profile tab.

Here you can upload a”Profile photo” and a “Business logo”. You can also edit your profile address by changing the link to make it more understandable.

Step 1:

Go to Google Play Store and download our app.

Step 2:

Give all the necessary permissions for Notifications, Camera and Microphone access and Photos access.

These permissions are crucial for the app to work properly.

Step 3: (if needed)

If you do not have an account, go to our Packages page and contact us by clicking the “Contact Us” buttons on the page to reach us to create your account.

Step 4:

When you have finished signing up on your browser you can open up 11Sight app on your iPhone. Click Member Login and then enter your email address and password. Tap the tick icon on the top right of the screen.

Step 5:

You may want to test the system by calling yourself. See the steps in:
here.
