Make a Test Call

Step 1:

To start enter your username and password to login into 11Sight at app.11sight.com from your desktop or laptop – make sure it has a camera and a microphone.

Step 2:

When you first login you will see the welcome page. Once you have made calls you will see your last 5 call history here. Make sure you are logged into the 11Sight App on whichever devices you want to receive the call from. If you are logged into more than one device, all will ring and you can answer on any device.

Step 3: (if needed)

To find your profile page, click on Profile on the upper menu. This is your profile that others will see. You can edit it and populate with additional information about you and your business.

Step 4:

Click the Video-call button on your welcome page, profile or on the Button tab under Settings page to make a test call to yourself.

Step 5:

Allow access to your camera and microphone to be able to establish a video call.

Step 6:

Here’s what it looks like when you receive a call in 11Sight applications. You have the choice to answer with video, audio only or start a texting session.

Click the button of your choice to answer the test call from yourself.

Step 7:

The call history page has a log of all the calls. If the calls in your call history are with other 11Sight members, you can initiate calls to them by just clicking on their 11 Call Button in your call history page.

Step 7:

You can edit your profile by clicking “Edit Profile” link at the bottom of your profile page. Or you can go to Settings and then select Profile tab.

Here you can upload a”Profile photo” and a “Business logo”. You can also edit your profile address by changing the link to make it more understandable.

Step 1:

Go to Google Play Store and download our app.

Step 2:

Give all the necessary permissions for Notifications, Camera and Microphone access and Photos access.

These permissions are crucial for the app to work properly.

Step 3: (if needed)

If you do not have an account, go to our Packages page and contact us by clicking the “Contact Us” buttons on the page to reach us to create your account.

Step 4:

When you have finished signing up on your browser you can open up 11Sight app on your iPhone. Click Member Login and then enter your email address and password. Tap the tick icon on the top right of the screen.

Step 5:

You may want to test the system by calling yourself. See the steps in:
here.

Step 1:

Go to the Apple App Store and download 11Sight app.

Step 2:

Step 4:

Step 1:

Go to 11sight.com and in the top right hand corner of the screen, click the green button that says “Join Us”.

Step 2:

Select your payment plan. If you have a promo code enter the code in the “promocode” box.

Step 3:

Fill out your account information, and click the “Continue” button.

Step 4:

Enter your personal information for your payment plan and click “Payment Info”

Step 5:

Please fill in your credit card information and click “Pay”

Step 6:

Congratulations, you are successfully signed up to 11Sight!

Step 7:

Go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and download our app.

Step 8:

After installation, the first time you log in with the app, you will be asked to give us permissions — please do so.

Notes: We need you to give us those permissions, so that we can notify you of incoming calls. We also need audio and video access to complete video calls, and because you can take pictures with our app, we need to be able to store them on your phone.
